Avis Contracts have been awarded a £12.3 million contract to supply and install Carpentry Bespoke Joinery and Flooring for plots and amenities at this scheme.

When finished, the development will provide 756 apartments based in two residential towers. The BTR apartments will be operated by CWG’s residential leasing arm, Vertus and will be aimed at an intermediate rental level.
