White City Living is located in West London and is the first phase of an exciting development by St James to deliver over 1800 new homes including suites, apartments, penthouses and duplexes.

In Phase 1, Avis Contracts were appointed to supply and install the carpentry, bespoke joinery and timber flooring packages to 412 private apartments, including penthouses.

In Phase 3, Avis Contracts were awarded the package to supply and install all carpentry, bespoke joinery and timber flooring to 526 private apartments, including penthouses.

In addition, Avis Contracts have carried out the complete fit-out of the Sales and Marketing Suite and Show houses for Phase 1 and Phase 3 as well as the fit-out of the Welfare Area provided for all Contractors employed on the project.
