The Corniche is a mixed-use development consisting of three landmark towers on the Albert Embankment. The towers range from 15 to 27 storeys in height and comprise of 168 apartments including penthouses.

Avis Contracts were appointed to undertake the carpentry and bespoke joinery package in Blocks B&C and were subsequently successful in securing the flooring package which includes ceramic floor tiling, hardwood flooring, carpet finishes and vinyl flooring to communal staircases.

Since completing the project, St James has been awarded Best Luxury Home for the Corniche Show Flat by the Evening Standard at their New Homes Awards 2018.
